THERMOLOOK SYSTEM:

• A heat insulating system acting through a thin layer of coating.  This system consists of expanded polystyrene boards glued on the masonry substrate, then covered with a reinforced base coat and finished with an organic top coat.
• Does not reduce the inner floor area.
• Allows to carry out insulation work while leaving the building suitable for habitation.
• Allows to carry out heat insulation work on exterior walls that are new or already in service.

COMPOSITION

Insulating Panels

• Panels of expanded polystyrene with dovetail grooves, two rebates.  Dimensions: 1.20 x 0.50 m and 4 / 6 / 8 or 10 cm thick.

Adhesives

• PRB COL FLEX (C2) adhesive to glue or secure the polystyrene panels on concrete subsrates or to level the substrates.

Mechanical Fixing Material

• Expansion bolts.

Reinforcement

• Common glass fibre reinforcement.
• Weft: (2 green threads) 4 x 4 meshes, rolls of 50.00m x 1.00m wide.  Classification: T2 Ral M2 E2.
• Reinforced glass fibre cloth: ARS 208
• Weft: (1 black thread every 10cm) rolls of 25m x 1.00m wide.

Undercoat or Base Coat

• FONDISOL grey undercoat, pallet of 48 sacks of 25kg representing 1.2 T.

Base Regulator

• CREPIFOND G base regulator, 20kg buckets representing 0.660 T per pallet and 6kg buckets representing 0.432 T per pallet.

Finish:

• CREPIRIB (size grading 2mm)
• CREPIRIB GG (size grading 3mm)
• CREPIMUR TF * (size grading 1mm)
• CREPIMUR GM (size grading 1.5mm)
• CREPIMUR GG (size grading 1.8mm)
• CREPIMUR SOUPLE GM (size grading 1.5mm)
• CREPIMUR SOUPLE GG (size grading 2mm)

*CREPIMUR TF is to be used only on small areas to avoid visible reworking on facades.
