Decor:

  • PRB DECOR ENDUIT is a decorative, ready-to-use, quickly and easily applied interior wall coating.  Designed to be coated with PRB DECOR CIRE coloured wax to give a aged finish.
  • PRB DECOR CIRE is available in 24 basic colors.

Composition:

  • Acrylic copolymers in emulsion
  • Mineral fillers
  • Special additives
  • Water

      

FIELD OF USE

This product is used for decoration on old substrates and also on new substrates of interior walls.

ALLOWABLE SUBSTRATES

  • Made up poured concrete (DTU-23-1)
  • Brickwork elements conform to DTU 20-1, covered by cement rendering.
  • Plaster coatings.
  • Plaster tiles.
  • Cardboard plasterboards.
  • Plywood (CTBX-CTBH).
  • Brickwork or cellular concrete slab-wall.

PROHIBITED SUBSTRATES

  • All outdoors substrates
  • Substrates exposed to capillary moisture rise (basement).
  • Powdery or friable substrates.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

PRB DECOR ENDUIT

  • Application at temperatures between +5C and +30C
  • Do not apply to wet substrates.

PRB DECOR CIRE

  • Avoid drafts and strong heat during application (accelerated evaporation causes excessively fast drying and can make reworking visible).

APPLICATION

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

  • Break in all fins (relief).
  • Fill with PLANIMUR PATE wall filler rendering to make the substrate conform (planeness defect, blistering, visible aggregates, spalling, etc.) and/or using PRB DECOR ENDUIT rendering itself, if these defects are not very pronounced.
  • Application of the CREPIFOND G base regulator with a roller, or with CREPIFOND SP for all plaster supports (drying 4 to 6 hours)
  • The preliminary treatment shall be applied to absorbent substrates (porous coating, etc.) with the ACCROFOND I undercoat fixative.
