CREPIFOND F & G:

CREPIFOND is an organic, pigmented, opacifying, and absorption regulating undercoat in conformity with DTU 59.2

It is a base regulator and absolutely needs to be covered with a finishing coat (paint, RSE semi thick pl. coating, RPE thick pl. coating, etc.)

The two variants:

• Crepifond F, fine-graded, smooth finish, used as a primer before applying paint and RSE (L1 et l2): PRB COLOR ACRYL, RENOVATEUR, IMPER  (only white)
• Crepifond G, rougher grade, granular finish, used as a primer before the application of RSE (L3 and L4) and RPE coatings: STUCCO CIRO, MARBRO MURO, CREPIMUR, etc.  (100 tints available)

It is a non-poisonous product based on acrylic resin in aqueous phase.

It is to be applied to interior and exterior substrates, new and old.

• Acrylic copolymer in aqueous phase.
• Mineral fillers
• Special additives.
• conserving agents.
• Water

USAGE

Exterior Substrates

• Poured and leveled concrete (DTU 23.1), pre-cast panels (asbestos cement), traditional coatings (DTU 26.1) or one-coat coatings with a floated or scraped finish or rough cast and leveled afterwards to obtain and even surface.

Interior Substrates:

• All of the above mentioned exterior substrates and plaster (slabs, coatings, etc.)

Application Prohibited

• To substrates exposed to capillary moisture rise (basement).
• To horizontal or sloping (less than 45 degrees) surfaces exposed to rain (window sills, balconies).

Usage Precautions

• Do not apply if:
• At temperatures lower than 5c and higher than 30C
• To frozen, freezing or thawing masonry.
• To wet masonry during rainy or foggy weather. (Strong relative humidity greater than 80%)
• During hot and dry windy weather (accelerated evaporation causes excessive fast drying).
• The substrate must be dry, so it must contain less than 60% humidity (DTU 59-1).
